A Message from The Great Escape

To all of our valued guests,

All of us at The Great Escape would first like to thank you for your continued business and patronage. It has been and continues to be our honor to serve you. I know that there is a great deal of growing concern about COVID-19 and I want to talk to you about the processes we have in place to keep everyone safe while at our establishment.

It has always been our focus to provide our guests with cleanliness and food safety, and we are now intensifying our procedures to ensure that you all feel comfortable when dining with us. Our guests and staff’s safety and well-being are our top priorities.  We recognize that some of you may prefer not to dine out at this time. For this reason, we wanted to make you all aware that our entire menu is available to-go. 

In addition to our concern for our guests, we are also taking steps to ensure the welfare of our staff. Our policy includes sending home any employee who is exhibiting any symptoms related and unrelated to COVID-19, and have instructed employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We also encourage our staff to pay attention to any guests who may be showing signs of illness.

If you have an existing reservation at our location, we look forward to seeing you and want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to provide the safest experience possible. If you need to change or cancel a reservation or prefer to order your favorite dishes to-go, please know that we are here to take care of your requests.
