We Love This Place
We love this place! Great family restaurant with awesome ribs and great breasted chicken. We come here a few times a year and love the old school decor and the friendly service. You must try the mustard crusted bass! Nick P. -
Gluten Free Menu
Nice extensive gluten free menu. Large portions. Many “doggy bags” were taken home from party. I’d definitely return. Plus, the building is very historic and worth Googling. Good family vibe. Lynn F. -
A True Gem
A true gem. Dined here probably a thousand times, hosted holiday parties, Brian and his staff are top-notch. Their banquet rates are very fair for the quality and service. It’s home-style cooking so you really can’t go wrong choosing any dish here (and there’s plenty to choose from). My Personal Favorites: Mustard crusted bass, chicken pot pie (must let it cool off, it’s so worth it), French onion soup, and grilled pork chops. I hear the Reuben is amazing. On a healthy day, the huge portion salads are always fresh with homemade dressings. Fresh bread on the table, and stellar service always. Crystal S. -
Marvelous Experience
Marvelous experience! Great food, great staff, reasonable prices, and an ASTOUNDINGLY warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s very homey. Our group felt very comfortable here. Like coming home to aunt what’s-her-name’s house for the holidays.
